Scope
This policy covers diabloros.com and its api., cdn. and www. subdomains, operated by Diabloros Game.
Each game server's own website (for example ancientpark.diabloros.com) has its own accounts and is outside this policy.
What we process
Technical data: when you visit, Cloudflare, our hosting provider, processes your IP address, browser details and request data to deliver pages and stop attacks. Our system logs are kept for at most 7 days.
Visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify visitors.
Language cookie: when you choose a language we store a cookie named dr_lang for one year to remember it. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Emails you send us: we use your name, address and message only to reply, and keep them only as long as the conversation needs.
Player counts: we show total numbers only, never player names or identities.
Legal basis
We process technical data and the language cookie under our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website, and emails to act on your request.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell or rent personal data. Our processor is Cloudflare, which may process data outside Thailand under appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee or your local authority.
